The white caves of Beit Guvrin

הרבה מאוד זמן כבר רציתי לנסוע למערות בית גוברין , וביום שישי האחרון זה סוף סוף קרה .

קראתי על המקום וראיתי צילומים ובכל זאת ברגע שנכנסים למערות הנשימה נעתקת לרגע . זה באמת ענק ומרשים בצורה יוצאת דופן .

המערות נוצרו ע"י בני אדם , שכרו את הסלע , לצורכי בניה , אבל יחד עם מאות השנים שחלפו מאז וכוחות הטבע נוצר מעין פלא טבע . מערות ענק מאבן גיר לבנה , עם פתחים בדופן העליונה שמהם נשפך אור אלוהי דמוי תאורת כנסיה משרה שלווה , מורא וכבוד לטבע . 

המערות הן גן עדן לצלמים , בגלל משחקי האור וחמוקי האבן , ואכן כשהיינו שם הגיעה קבוצה עם מדריך לצילום , אבל די קשה להעביר את התחושה שמקבלים כשנמצאים במקום . 

  

For a very long time I've wanted to travel to Beit Guvrin caves, and on last Friday it finally happened.

I read about the place and saw photos and yet as soon as entering the caves, your breath is taken away for a moment. It is really huge and extraordinarily impressive.

The caves were created by humans, who used the rock in building, but with the hundreds of years since then and the forces of nature, kind of a natural wonder was created. 

Huge white limestone caves , with the upper side openings which divine light spills like lighting a church. Very peaceful, creating a feeling of respect for nature.

The caves are a paradise for photographers, because of the light and the curve of the stone, and indeed when we were there, a group with a photography guide came along , yet it is quite difficult to convey the feeling you get when you are actually there.
